Spread Love
What is Love?
If you ever ask me to define Love, I would simply say,
Love is polysemic because it encompasses everything essential for the existence of living beings.
Yes, it does have different meanings but all of them sum up to make a beautiful word — Love.
Love is the most beautiful emotion of living beings. It is always based on hope, compassion, understanding, happiness, truthfulness, empathy, sympathy, selflessness, and patience. Love is the concern for the well-being of all living beings around us.
We’re all together only because of Love.
Love is born out of empathy. When we understand the meaning of empathy, we understand how we should treat others with love and care. When we understand this we use our words wisely to prevent hurting others and also those who are suffering. We understand the situations of others by putting ourselves in their places. We try to understand what people around the world go through and how they get hurt by someone’s harsh words. To alleviate the pain and sufferings of other human beings we need to understand how to love. I believe that love is the most powerful thing in the world and no matter what it will always embrace us all.
Spreading hatred is prevalent and easy. We need to break the shackles of hatred that don’t allow us to love. To bring people of different castes, different religions, and different cultures together, we must cultivate love. In this miasma of hatred, it’s only love that will help us to get rid of violence, riots, terrorism, aggression, atrocities, brutality, and enmity. Always remember that in hardships, love always wins.
The Buddha said, "Hatred does not cease by hatred, but only by love; this is the eternal rule."
Love brings peace. Let’s spread love to make this world a peaceful place.
